We will refund or exchange any purchase within 30 days of the dispatch date. We accept sale quality products back which means unworn, unwashed goods in the original purchase condition with manufacturers tags attached. For more information and steps to return a product please see our returns page.
Yes! purchases sent to any address within Australia and Sri Lanka can be tracked. Your courier tracking number should be on the invoice sent to your email address after it has been processed.

Yes, as long as the order has not been packed. Please contact us. Due to the fast turnaround, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is packed and cannot be updated, please refer to our Returns policy.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order so we can investigate.
Our quality control team inspect all orders to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us to arrange a free replacement delivery. KNEZ will accept the return of faulty goods within 14 days of receipt.
We can only cancel an order if the items have not been dispatched. Please contact us and we will attempt to process your cancellation. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
